Kettlebell Farmers Walk (Racked w/ Suitcase)

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.
2) Rest one kettlebell in front of your chest with the elbow tucked in (racked position). Keep the shoulder down and wrist up - the lats should be engaged. Hold the other by your waist.
1) Step forward and begin walking towards your destination.
