Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.

2) Hold the stability ball in front of your body.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your arms straight and slowly lift the ball above your head.

2) Pause at the top. Now, slowly return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
