Medicine Mason Twist (w/ Toss)

Setup instructions

1) Lay on your back, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor - your knees should face upwards.

2) Grab the ball and place it beside you to your right - engage the core. Lift your legs up so your heels are about a foot or 2 off the floor.

Note: The core must be engaged throughout the exercise.

Perform instructions

1) Twist the core and lift the ball up and over your trunk.

2) When you're at the middle, throw the ball upwards and catch it again. The throw will be more like a 'push' motion.

3) Continue the core twist and touch the ball down to your left.

4) Repeat on the other side.
