Seated Thoracic Stretch

1) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Place your hands behind your head.
1) Keep upright and lift your chest towards the ceiling - feel the stretch in your back.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
