Setup instructions
1) Place the stability ball to your right.
2) Start on all fours and rest your right forearm on the ball - your knees and left hand should be in contact with the ground.
Perform instructions
1) Gently lower your chest to the floor (the closer to the ground the more intense the stretch).
2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
