Setup instructions

1) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Lift your right leg, bend your knee and rest your ankle on your left knee.

Perform instructions

1) Keep upright and twist your trunk to the right - feel the stretch in your back.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
