Stability Ball Pelvic Tilt

Setup instructions
1) Sit upright on the stability ball and plant your feet on the floor.
Note: you can place your hands on your hips - it's just preference.
Perform instructions
1) Keep upright and slowly tilt your pelvis forward.
2) Pause at the endpoint. Now, gently reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
