Superman Hold (Y)

Setup instructions

1) Lie flat on the floor with your arms and legs extended in opposite directions. Now, raise them towards the ceiling - keep them in place.

2) Separate your arms outwards so they look like a 'Y'.

1) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
