Setup instructions

1) Get in the plank position - start on all fours and extend your legs back behind you. Put your arms directly under your shoulders - come onto your forearms.

2) Put the plate on your back (someone may have to assist you).

Perform instructions

1) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
