Skipping Rope High Knee (Mini Bounce)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hold the skipping rope by the handles and place the rope behind your legs.
Perform instructions
1) Swing the rope around you and mini jump up with both feet.
2) Lift your left knee up towards the ceiling and jump over the rope. Bring this foot down and mini jump over the rope with both feet.
3) Lift your right knee up towards the ceiling and jump over the rope. Bring this foot down and mini jump over the rope with both feet.
4) Follow this pattern and repeat.
Note: both feet are on the floor with every second jump.
