Belt Squat Resistance Machine using Belt

Setup instructions

1) Load the belt squat machine with the appropriate weight

2) Install the weight belt above the hips and secure it. Attached belt to the machine in the appropriate way.

3) Stand with feet approximately hip width apart

Perform instructions

1) Slowly bend your knees and lower yourself into a squat position. Keep the chest proud, core tight back flat and head/neck neutral.

2) Push the knees out over the toes and the hips back to create slight forward lean with torso keeping good posture.

3) Press into the heels and drive back to the starting position.

4) Repeat for required reps.
