Setup instructions

1) Find a wall and face it.

2) Place your hands inside the mini band loop and rest it around your hands. Pull the band apart slightly to keep in in place.

3) Rest your forearms on the wall.

Perform instructions

1) Slide your right arm up the wall a few inches.

2) Now, slide your left arm up the wall above your right. Follow this pattern until you reach the top.

3) Reverse the movements down until you're at the starting position.

4) Repeat.
