Cable Oblique Crunch

1) Start with a low anchor point on one side of the cable machine. Load the appropriate weight and attach the handle to the end.
2) Stand tall with your side facing the anchor. Keep the chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.
1) Keep upright and pull the handle up - causing your trunk to lean away from the anchor.
2) Pause for a second at the top - you'll feel this in your obliques. Now, slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
