Setup instructions

1) Stand tall in front of the machines so the handles are at shoulder level.

2) Grab the handles with a pronated (palms forward) grip.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your arms and push upwards to full extension.

2) Pause then slowly lower to the starting position.

3) Touch your shoulder and repeat.
