1) Start by holding the ball in front of your chest.
1) Lift the ball over your head, twist your trunk and slam the ball down to your right - this will cause you to pivot your feet in the same direction. Bend your knees as you slam the ball down.
2) Catch the ball on the way up and repeat on the other side.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
Note: when you release the ball, make sure you have a flat back.
