Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hold the plate in front of your chest. Extend your arms - make sure to maintain the same height and have a slight bend in the elbows at the endpoint.
Perform instructions
1) Keep your arms straight and slowly make a figure 8 motion.
2) Repeat.
