Laying Supinated Y Chest Stretch with Weight

Setup instructions
1) Laying Supinated on a bench with VERY light weights in each hand (or no weight at first if flexibility is comprimised or if there are shoulder issues)
Perform instructions
1) Start with hands directly above the chest.
Allow the hands to drop out and up in a Y shape until you feel a stretch and hold.
2) At the end of the timer allow the weights to fall on the floor to prevent shoulder injury pulling them back.
