Setup instructions
1) Plant your feet on the floor, keep the core tight and the back straight.
If you have back support, sit back so the back is fully supported.
2) Start with the bar resting near your shoulders behind the neck
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arms and push upwards above the crown of the head- keep a slight bend in the elbows as you reach the top.
2) Bring the bar down slowly back behind the neck taking great care of your shoulder stability & range of motion
