Box Squat with Goblet Dumbbell

- Quadriceps · Hamstrings · Glutes
Setup instructions
1) Start seated on box/ bench with a medium stance - heels around hip width slight turn out on toes.
2) Dumbbell resting on your chest - elbows pointing down.
Perform instructions
1) Push through heels/outsides of feet to stand. Push knees out
2) Keep the dumbbell against upper chest, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
3) Lower slowly back down to the box
4) Repeat.
