Wall Back Stretch

Setup instructions

1) Stand a foot or 2 in front of a wall and face it.

2) Place both hands on the wall.

Perform instructions

1) Step your feet back and press into the wall - you're aiming for the back to be flat.

2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
