Setup instructions

1) Stand sidewards against a wall (about a foot or 2 away).

2) Hold the ball in front of your chest.

Perform instructions

1) Lift the ball above your head and slam it into the ground - put enough power behind it so it bounces back up.

2) Catch the ball on the way up, rotate your trunk and toss it to the wall.

3) Catch it again and restart the sequence.

4) Repeat.

Note: when you release the ball on the slam, make sure you have a flat back.
