Stability Ball Body Twist (Seated)

Setup instructions
1) Sit upright on a chair and plant your feet firmly on the floor - lift the stability ball in front of you.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the arms in place as you gently rotate your trunk to the right - you'll feel this in your core.
2) Pause at the endpoint. Now, slowly reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
