Dumbbell Scarecrow

Setup instructions

Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight. The weights should be resting near your shoulders with elbows facing down. These should be light weights. Starting the exercise, palms are facing forward.

Perform instructions

Bend your elbows so you have a 90 degree angle in your arm. Externally rotate and tilt the shoulders forward until the palms are facing towards the ground. Pause for a second and return to the starting position. Repeat.
