Standing Pronated Grip Shoulder Height Rotations with Dumbbells

Setup instructions
1) Standing tall with good posture & shoulders pushed down away from ears
2) Take two dumbbells.
Position the elbows at shoulder height at a 90 degree angle with palms facing towards the floor
Perform instructions
1) Keep the 90 degree bend in your elbow and slowly rotate the dumbbells backwards until the forearms are vertical
2) Pause at the end of the rep and squeeze the shoulders blades together keeping shoulders down.
Return your arms slowly back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps
