Kettlebell Bent Over Shoulder Lift

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Hinge forward from the hips, keep the back flat and have a slight bend in the knees.
3) Keep your arms in alignment with your back. The elbows should have a slight bend in them.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift the weights towards the ceiling.
2) Pause for a second at the top. Then lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
