Kettlebell Tricep Dip
1) Start by placing the kettlebells on the floor shoulder-width apart. Point them forward (handles facing towards the feet).
2) Grab the handles and sit in between them - extend your legs out fully.
3) Lift your tailbone of the floor.
1) Bend your elbows and lower your tailbone to the floor.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, push into your hands and lift yourself up to the starting position.
