1) Sit on the floor and extend your legs out in front.
1) Bring your left foot in and lift it over your right leg - your left heel should be outside your right thigh.
2) Rest your left elbow against your left leg and put your right hand behind for support - this will cause a twist in your trunk.
3) Hold until the end of the timer.
Note: on every out breath, try twist your trunk away further.
