Stability Ball Circle

Setup instructions

1) Sit on the stability ball and plant your feet on the floor.

Note: you can rest your hands on your hips - it's just preference.

Perform instructions

1) Keep upright and make large clockwise circles with your hips.

2) Now, make anti-clockwise circles.

3) Repeat.
