Heel Touch

Setup instructions
1) Lie on your back and plant your feet on the floor - bring your heels closer towards your tailbone. Your knees should be pointing up.
Perform instructions
1) Keep your core tight and reach your right hand to your right heel - this will cause you to 'crunch'.
2) Return your hand back to the starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side.
