Push Up (Wide w/ Leg Raised)

Setup instructions

Make your hands wider than shoulder-width apart, extend the arms with a slight bend. Keep the core tight, tuck in the hips and fully extend your legs. Once in the push up position, raise one leg from the ground.

Perform instructions

Slowly lower your chest to the ground and push up to the starting position. Make sure your elbows are behind your shoulders. Keep the same leg raised for your reps.
