Setup instructions

1) On one side of the cable machine slide the anchor point to the top.

2) Select your weight and attach the rope to the end.

3) Facing the same direction, place the rope behind your neck and grab with both hands - elbows facing in.

4) Come down to your knees to a half kneeling position - engage the core and slightly bend over.

Perform instructions

1) Curl in by tightening the abs.

2) Pause for a second and slowly return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
