Double Leg Deadbug Crunch on Cable Machine

Setup instructions

1) Start with a relatively low anchor point on the cable machine. Add a rope to the cable

2) Lay on the floor with enough distance from the cable so the stack doesn't rest at full extension.

3) Pull the rope so your arms are directly above your chest.

4) Lift your legs up so they are vertical.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly extend the arms & legs so they are hovering off the ground.

2) Pause for a second the engage the core strongly & return to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps.
