Setup instructions

1) Place the foam roller horizontally on the floor and lay your back on it.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your tailbone up and walk your feet towards the roller. Your upper back should be flat on the floor with the lower back resting on the roller.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
