Setup instructions

1) Standing tall with good posture & shoulders pushed down away from ears

2) Take two dumbbells. Bend the elbow at 90 degrees, with palms facing up and tuck your upper arms into the ribs.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the bend in your elbow and slowly rotate the dumbbells out to the sides

2) Pause at the end of the rep and squeeze the shoulders blades together.
Return your arms slowly back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps
