Setup instructions
1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start with both feet in the first square.
Face the ladder side-on with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Cross your right foot over your left and land in the next square. Your body should naturally twist but keep upright.
2) Now, lean into your right foot and cross your left foot behind - land in the next square.
3) Follow this pattern, repeat and make your way up the ladder.
