Setup instructions

1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.

2) Sit on the seat with feet shoulder width apart. Have a slight bend in the knees and point the feet towards each other. Grab the handles by the side.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lift your right heel up - press into the middle of your foot.

2) Pause for a second at the top.

3) Lower into the starting position.

4) Repeat.
