Dip Machine Knee Oblique Crunch

1) Hold onto the handles and lift yourself up from the apparatus.
1) Keep the chest up and twist your hips slightly towards your left.
2) Lift your knees up towards your left shoulder - keep your legs close together throughout the movement.
3) Pause for a second at the top - you'll feel this in your obliques. Now, slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
4) Repeat on the other side.
