Medicine Dish Hold

Setup instructions
1) Lie down on the floor with the dumbbell about a foot or 2 away from the crown of your head.
2) Grab the medicine ball - your legs and arms should be fully extended in opposite directions.
Perform instructions
1) Engage the core - lift the ball and legs towards the ceiling (about a foot or 2 up from the ground).
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
