Setup instructions

1) Lie chest face down on the floor - arms and legs fully extended in opposite directions.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your right arm and left leg towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top, now slowly bring your arm and leg back to the starting position.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat on the other side.
