Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Hook the towel around the handle and hold it by the ends.

2) Keep your elbows close to your sides.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your wrists up and slowly lift the weight towards your shoulders - pause at the top.

2) Now, slowly lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
