Poliquin Step Up Side of Low Step

Setup instructions
1) Start with your foot on a low step and the other foot on the floor to the side of the step
2) Place the 'floor' foot slightly further forward than the foot on the step
3) nb. You can use wall or an upright support if necessary for balance
Perform instructions
1) Drive up through your foot on the step to standing - press into the balls of your feet.
2) Pause for a second at the top. Slowly lower yourself to the exact starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side for the required reps.
