Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight back flat and head neutral. Hold the ball in front of your chest.

2) Take a step back with your right leg and bend the left knee. Now, lift the ball above your head. You're aiming for a straight line between your extended arms, back and rear leg.

Perform instructions

1) Shift the weight to your left leg and drive your right knee towards your chest. At the same time, lower the ball so the knee and ball meet in the centre. This will cause you to 'crunch' - pause here.

2) Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
