Wall Ball Floor Toss

Setup instructions

1) Lie down and hold the ball in front of your chest - plant your feet on the floor and point the knees towards the ceiling.

Perform instructions

1) Throw the ball towards the ceiling - this should be a pushing motion.

2) Catch it and lower it back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
