Prowler Sled Pull (Sideway w/ Strap)

Setup instructions

1) Anchor a strap to the sled (try using a rope/suspension strap). Load the appropriate weight, grab the handles and take a few back steps.

2) Turn towards your left (so your right arm is facing the sled). Keep your knees soft, engage your core, glutes, legs and back.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the sled towards the end of the track - take side steps. With each step, cross your right foot over your left.
