Full Sit Up with Anchored Feet

Setup instructions
1) Lay on your back, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor anchored under a heavy object to secure the feet, your knees should face upwards.
2) Place your fingertips at your temples and tilt your chin to the chest - elbows point outwards.
Perform instructions
1) Curl up by tightening the abs and come all the way to the top.
2) Pause for a second and slowly lower yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
