Setup instructions

1) Lay on your back, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor - your knees should face upwards and be around hip width.

2) Spread your arms out on the floor to give you a stable base.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lower your knees to one side - the trunk has to rotate to perform the movement so try your best to keep the shoulder blades planted on the floor.

2) Pause & slowly return to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side and then for the required reps.

4) Add required static holds on each side as stated.
