Setup instructions

1) Lie flat on the floor with your arms and legs extended in opposite directions. Now, raise them towards the ceiling - keep them in place.

Perform instructions

1) Pull your arms towards your body.

2) Pause for a second and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, extend them back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
