Plate Side Raise Hold (Circle)

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Grab the plates and raise your arms out either side (so they're parallel to the floor) - keep your wrists up.

Perform instructions

1) Make small circles with your arms in a clockwise motion.

2) Now, go in an anticlockwise motion.
