Setup instructions
1) Start by holding the ball in front of your chest.
Perform instructions
1) Whilst keeping your back flat and head neutral, lift your heels so you're on the balls of your feet.
2) Start running on the spot as fast as you can. Make sure your knees come above your hips and try touch the ball.
