Setup instructions
1) Load the appropriate weight, place your shins on the pad and hold onto the handles.
The more weight you load, the easier it will be.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lower yourself until your elbows are near 90 degree angles.
2) Hold then and push up to the starting position squeezing the triceps at the top.
3) Repeat for required reps
