1) Stand on the platform with your feet shoulder-width part, chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Grab hold of the top handles and bend your arms at 90 degrees.
1) Drive the handles down and hinge at the hips. At the bottom, extend your arms and bend the knees. This should be a fluid motion.
